1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10wine ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all aspects of your access to and use of the 10wine website at https://10wine.cam and all associated services, products, software, applications and content provided thereon (collectively, the "Services").

10wine is an online sports betting and live casino information platform primarily serving Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports wagering markets, live casino products, slot games, esports betting and associated gaming services. Content is provided in English.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 10wine Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, understood its contents and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies and guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 10wine, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative, agent or employee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not a current or former self-excluded player on 10wine or any affiliated platform, unless such exclusion has formally expired and been lifted by the Platform.
• You are not a close family member of a Platform employee where applicable conflict-of-interest policies prohibit such participation.
• You are opening this Account voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes, with funds that are lawfully yours and not derived from criminal activity.

4Account Registration & Security

You may hold only one (1) registered Account on 10wine. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify 10wine promptly of any changes via the account settings or support channels.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are authenticated will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified 10wine of a security breach without undue delay.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Log out from shared or public devices immediately after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately via [email protected].

10wine will never contact you via phone, email or any chat channel requesting your password, OTP or banking PIN. Any such communication purportedly from 10wine requesting sensitive credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other supported currencies as are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, any applicable fees and eligible payment methods are displayed in your Account cashier and may change without prior notice subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

Payment method references for Pakistani users: Familiar payment rails referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for educational and contextual purposes only. Their availability in the cashier is subject to the operator's current integrations and each provider's own terms of service. 10wine does not represent that any named payment provider endorses, supports or permits the use of their services for online gambling. Users must independently verify applicable terms with their payment provider.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 10wine is not liable for funds lost in transit due to incorrect payment details entered by the user.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be held pending AML review.
• Where a deposit fails to credit your account within the expected window, contact support with your transaction reference number.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by users who have completed the required KYC verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds regardless of the method by which those funds were deposited.

Withdrawal processing timelines are not guaranteed. Actual processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method, the completeness of your KYC documentation, and any compliance review requirements. 10wine does not promise instant withdrawal processing for any payment rail.

• Withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where required under anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may be subject to your account verification tier.
• 10wine reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of a significant value.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered in your name, or anonymous payment channels.

7Bonuses & Promotions

10wine may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral credits and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Bonuses have an expiry date as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one welcome offer may be claimed per user, per household and per payment method.
• 10wine reserves the right to refuse, amend, reclaim or reverse bonus credits where evidence of abuse, exploitation or technical error is identified.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk hedged betting strategies — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Illustrative PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 10,000 birthday tiers; PKR 1,000 referral credit) are examples only. Actual bonus values are determined by the live promotion terms at the time of eligibility.

8Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on 10wine are final once confirmed. The Platform does not allow the cancellation or amendment of accepted bets except where explicitly provided by the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market (e.g., a "Cash Out" feature where available).

Sports Betting: Markets are governed by the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of a void, walkover, abandonment or postponement, the specific event rules determine settlement. Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL season fixtures, ICC tournaments, Test series and bilateral ODI/T20 competitions — are subject to the cricket-specific market rules published in the sportsbook help section.

Casino Games: Each game is governed by its own rules as published within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on game pages are theoretical long-run figures and do not represent guaranteed returns within any individual playing session.

• 10wine reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event where live data feeds confirm the wager was accepted in error.
• Bets placed using fraudulently obtained funds, exploited odds errors or systems vulnerabilities will be voided and the associated account reviewed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market type and are published in the sportsbook rules section.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 10wine Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulently obtained information during registration or KYC.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market or tournament.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade AML reporting thresholds, or transacting funds of criminal origin through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards 10wine staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute any Platform content or functionality.

10KYC & Verification

10wine is required to carry out identity verification (KYC) and, where applicable, source-of-funds checks as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC may be triggered at registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds or before any withdrawal is processed.

For Pakistani users, standard KYC documentation includes: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport; proof of residential address where required (utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within three months); and a selfie or liveness verification as specified in the verification portal.

• All documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. Falsified documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Documents must be uploaded through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal accessible from your logged-in account area only.
• Never transmit identity documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, unencrypted email or any channel outside the official secure portal.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a specified notice period may have deposit facilities suspended and balances held pending verification.

11Responsible Gambling

10wine is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, which users are actively encouraged to utilise:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps configurable in account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per specified period, after which further wagering is suspended until the limit resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts notifying users of elapsed time within a single gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary voluntary access restrictions of defined durations (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which the account remains closed to wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term voluntary ban from the Platform. Users requesting self-exclusion will not be contacted with promotional material during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the agreed exclusion period.

12Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, audio and other material comprising the 10wine Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of 10wine or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform Content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform Content.
• Use any data mining, scraping or automated extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform within another website or application without written consent.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wine and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated earnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical failure or data transmission errors.
• Errors in odds, game results or market settlement caused by third-party data feed failures, where corrective action has been taken promptly upon identification.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or resulting from your disclosure of credentials to third parties.
• Any loss, liability, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Termination & Suspension

10wine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory order requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Identification of duplicate or linked accounts in violation of the one-account rule.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the user, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following investigation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit method where practicable.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to support. Account closure does not affect any rights or liabilities that arose prior to the closure date.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its gaming licence. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. 10wine will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve complaints within thirty (30) calendar days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified in the operator's licensing conditions.

16Amendments

10wine reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered users via email or on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any revisions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
